Application
All eyeliners can be applied wet for a more intense emphasis on the eyes.
Pick up the color with the tip of a very thin, firm-bristled brush. A slightly angled brush also works well.
Work the fine powder into the brush and tap off any excess in the lid. Now, place the brush on the outer eyelid and draw a fine line along the lash line toward the inner lid. To make it easier to apply the line, you can gently stretch the eyelid toward the temple with your finger.
